Welcome to Handpicked for You. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon successful online payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days .
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

3. Product Information

  • All products are handpicked directly from artisans and weavers across India.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to digital photography, lighting, and individual screen settings. These are not considered defects.

4. Disclaimers

Handloom Products:
Handloom items are woven manually by artisans using traditional looms. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or thread are natural characteristics of authentic handloom fabric.

Handblock Printed Items:
Handblock printing is a manual process using carved wooden blocks and natural dyes. Minor smudges, misalignments, or color overlaps are part of the handcrafted charm and not flaws.

These subtle imperfections make each piece unique.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for any resolution.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us immediately for support.

7. Custom Orders & Stitching

  • Customized and stitched items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please double-check all measurements and preferences before confirming your order.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only for order fulfillment and communication.
  • We do not share your data with third parties.
