Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Handpicked for You, we aim to provide authentic handcrafted products sourced directly from artisans across India. Since most of our items are handmade or handloom-based, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in the specific situations mentioned below.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Wrong or mismatched product delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must email us at support@handpickedforyou.in within 2 days of delivery.
Mandatory Proof Required
For any claim, a 360° uncut opening video is compulsory.
The video must clearly show:

The unopened parcel

Opening the package from start to end without cuts

The damage or issue clearly visible
Without this video proof, return or refund requests cannot be processed.
No Returns for Personal Preferences
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

I did not like the product

Change of mind

Colour not suiting me

Product looks different than expected

Any subjective or personal preferences
Handloom & Handcrafted Variations (Not Defects)
Approximately 95% of our products are handcrafted or handloom-made. Minor variations are part of the natural beauty of such products and are not considered defects.
These natural variations may include:

Minor thread pulls

Slight weave irregularities

Uneven or lighter/darker colour tones

Minor misprints in hand-block printed fabrics

Small darning done by weavers

Slight colour differences due to mobile screens, lighting or contrast settings
Such characteristics are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
Colour Variation
We try our best to display colours accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to different phone screens, resolutions, and lighting conditions. This will not be treated as a defect.
Refund & Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Store credit

Full refund to the original payment method
The decision regarding whether a replacement, store credit, or refund applies will be determined by Handpicked for You, based on the nature of the issue.
Refunds, when approved, will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing and reflection time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of any concern, eligible return requests will be accepted as per our return policy. Pickup will be arranged if our courier partner services your location; otherwise, self-shipping will be required.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
