Order Processing Time

• Most ready-stock products are shipped on the same day.

• For other products, dispatch may take 2–3 business days depending on stock availability.

• Many of our handloom sarees are woven on order, so they require 5–7 business days for dispatch.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery timeline is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery may vary based on your location and courier service performance.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, local courier offices, or unforeseen transit issues.

Delivery Method and Doorstep Delivery

• We use reliable courier services for faster shipping.

• Only India Post guarantees doorstep delivery.

• All other private couriers may sometimes ask customers to collect the parcel from their local office.

• Doorstep delivery is not fully under our control, as it depends on the courier service in your area.

• If you specifically require doorstep delivery, please inform us before placing the order so we can try to ship through India Post.

Changes in Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address or modify any order details:

• Email us at support@handpickedforyou.in within 2–3 hours of placing the order.

• We will check if the order is still unprocessed and see if changes are possible.

• If the order has already been packed, processed, or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

• In rare cases where an address change is accepted after processing, a penalty or additional charge may apply.

Responsibility After Dispatch

• Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery time and handling are solely controlled by the courier company.

• In case of any delivery issues, delays, or local courier restrictions, we will guide you, but we cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays.
